The easily accessible building is located between Holborn and Tottenham Court Road tube stations and offers a quiet and safe space in the hustle and bustle of central London. The Georgian building overlooks the green space of Bloomsbury Square Gardens and benefits from its private courtyard garden.

Built in the reign of Charles II by the Earl of Southampton in 1661, Bloomsbury Square is on one of London's oldest garden squares. Many of the rooms at the Georgian building of 12 Bloomsbury Square are named after those in the famous 'Bloomsbury Set', including Virginia Woolf, John Maynard Keynes, E. M. Forster and Lytton Strachey. The Bloomsbury Group—or Bloomsbury Set—was a group of associated English writers, intellectuals, philosophers and artists in the first half of the 20th century who worked or studied together near the Bloomsbury area of London. Latterly, Nikolaus Pevsner housed his library at 12 Bloomsbury Square in a panelled room which is now available to hire.

OUR ROOMS
12 Bloomsbury Square has 18 rooms, ideal for meetings, arbitrations, hearings, team away days and events. The bright and airy rooms all benefit from natural light. Some offer views over green space of Bloomsbury Square Gardens, one of London's oldest squares, while others open onto a small courtyard garden, which is accessible from our Lower Ground floor rooms. We have 2 large and 16 medium rooms spanning from lower ground floor to third floor, with all floors accessible by a lift.
