We provide a variety of services in addition to room hire, including extended hours, AV equipment, and catering options.

Standard fees

We have 2 large and 16 medium rooms spanning from lower ground floor to third floor, with all floors accessible by a lift.

Our prices depend on the room size:

Large rooms from £630 + VAT

Premium rooms from £465 + VAT

Medium rooms from £365 + VAT

We offer special discounted price of £300 + VAT for any Medium rooms, which are booked as breakout rooms.

Mediation Suite Package

If you are planning a mediation in the coming weeks, 12 Bloomsbury Square offers a Mediation Suite Package, inclusive of meeting room, refreshments and working lunch.

The package offer includes 3 medium rooms on the same floor between 9 am and 7 pm, a flipchart, notepads, pens, free Wi-Fi, unlimited tea, coffee, mineral water, and biscuits for up to 10 people, a working lunch with wraps, baguettes and fresh fruits, as well as juice for up to 10 people, and access to a communal kitchen.

The cost of the Mediation Suite Package is £1,395.00 + VAT.

Make use of a quiet retreat when visiting London or when attending an event at 12 Bloomsbury Square. You’ll find comfortable sofas and refreshment station for your enjoyment.

Even though the members lounge is accessible to all members, please make sure you book your slot in advance and have your membership number at hand when booking.

Audiovisual equipment

All our rooms are equipped with a presentation screens. All guests will be able to access our complimentary wireless internet, and a dedicated audiovisual technician will be at hand to support your event.

Laptop, presentation screen, and clicker - £100 + VAT per day per room.

In-house video conferencing bundle (Presentation screen, HD camera, Hub laptop, Speakers and Microphones plus all day tech support) - £250 + VAT per day.

Catering

Whether it is a lengthy arbitration or a breakfast meeting, a working lunch or a canapé reception, you can be assured of top-quality food and drink to accompany your event. Each room is equipped with state of the art coffee and refreshment station and you can help yourself to unlimited supplies of teas/coffees/mineral water/biscuits for:

£10.95 + VAT per person for a full day
£6.00 + VAT per person for half day

All our guests will have access to a small guest kitchenette, equipped with fridges and microwaves. Our preferred caterers have been assembled to reflect a variety of styles and prices and all have considerable experience of working with us. They offer a range of freshly prepared food that can be tailored to dietary, health or religious requirements. We will ask you to confirm your catering needs at least 48 hours before the event.

For a small service fee, we will also happily serve food and beverages from other providers, which will need to be approved by our team to ensure health and safety.

We cater for all dietary requirements, so please let us know.
